I have been fighting with them ever since 2019 when I finally got the item I ordered via Kickstarter, pants didn’t fit and I had to beg to get an RMA number which I finally got until March 2020, Baubax received the item on March 9th 2020 and promised a refund within 15 business days, today is April 16th 2020 and they have been just ignoring the multiple emails I have sent asking for the refund which had not been made. I was a customer of theirs before and will not be anymore.I wish I had the option to review with negative stars.
Pants were too small. They indicated they would send return info via support ticket, and have not done this. I have been trying to return or exchange pants since January. They have not sent info on how to return and have stopped responding to support ticket email. Do not purchase from this company.
