apologized for her experience and asked for a picture to see the damage. She couldn't send a photo because she claimed she threw away the earrings. She couldn't return the merchandise for a refund (since she claimed she threw it away). She paid $17.60 for these earrings, and we wanted to help, so we offered half store credit ($8.80) as a compromise. This was an exception, since a photo was unprovided, the merchandise was un-returned, and because this was well outside of our 30 day return policy. We never heard back from the customer regarding the store credit offer. We are still happy to offer the partial store credit if the customer would like.

Review: Two of the earrings I purchased broke. By broke I mean the entire post fell of the back of the earring only after a couple of times wearing. I asked for an exchange or refund. I would have even taken a store credit. Basically I was told there was nothing that could be done because it's been more than 30 days. I have never bought something from a company where if the items just simply breaks their response is basically oh well. It's cheap jewelry and seriously calling it delicate is a joke. It's delicate because it's cheap.Desired Settlement: I either want a refund or store credit.
