I'm terribly sorry for the issue with the order. As per your request, I have issued you a full refund. The [redacted] transaction ID # for the refund was: [redacted]. I am also attaching a confirmation of the refund as well.

that he initially contacted our customer care department on January **, 2015, which was 76 days after the date of purchase, to express his displeasure with the order. [redacted] was upset that the gloves he purchased were branded as Kirkland gloves, but were advertised as ISOTONER. The gloves we sent [redacted] were indeed ISOTONER gloves, which can be easily validated by referencing the RN # sewn on the inside of the gloves with the FTC RN database ([redacted]). In accordance with New York State Consumer protection laws ([redacted]) as well as the Revdex.com guidelines ([redacted]), shnoop.com, as a retailer domiciled in New York offers our customers 30 days to return orders. Our return policy is posted on our website, which can referenced at this link: [redacted] . In addition to this, [redacted], which was the form of payment used to place the order, only offers the option of a refund on a payment within 60 days. Despite this, we generously offered [redacted] the option of sending back the order at our expense for a store credit. If you can relay to [redacted] to provide us with either the tracking number for the return package that he sent the order back in or the store voucher code he indicated isn't working, I can certainly reference it and do my best to help him resolve this.

 I want everyone to know what I had to go thru and how much effort and emails I had to sent out to get to this state. This is a worest business and people and process in place. Review all of my interactions with them form the date I placed this order.

has since shipped out, [redacted] contacted us to request a change of address, which was no longer possible at that point. Being that we had our contractual obligation in accordance to both [redacted] and [redacted]'s user agreement, whereby we dispatched the package to the address requested by the customer, the case was closed out by [redacted].Attached you will find the record of payment from [redacted] showing the address that [redacted] requested delivery to at the time of sale, as well as the outcome of the [redacted] case. Though the [redacted] is showing the package was last scanned in Chandler, AZ, it hasn't been returned back to us yet. I can assure [redacted] that once we receive the package back from the USPS, I can gladly resend it to the updated address of his choosing.

Initial email was primarily concerning the fact that the gloves were falling apart, and then additionally that they were labeled inappropriately, with the response being that they were somehow allowed to label them that way.  Either way, the return was approved for a refund, but refund was issued as a store credit instead.  Future emails were ignored asking for a check to be sent instead, and when I finally found a product marginally worth buying, the credit did not work.   I've included in the attached PDF:1) the initial thread where the refund was approved, which goes into the issues and includes pictures (P1-6).2) Confirmation from Shnoop of their receipt of the return, (P7) and 3) Evidence of my good faith efforts to resolve this by using the credit and reaching out when it didn't work, to no avail (P8).   At this point no response will be acceptable other than my money being returned to me either through a check being mailed to me or the money being directly deposited to my [redacted] account.
