9/28/2015On Thursday September 24, at 11:AM I had a minute second telephone conversation with *** *** the Investigating Agent *** ** *** of the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office re: *** *** *** at her office phone number ###-###-#### She informed me that ** *** has no case, and would be sending out a written response stating that She mentioned it would contain instructions to seek any relief through the local District Magistrates Office Apparently it was quite evident from both of our written statements that you cannot deny a contractor access to the work area and then complain the contractor did not complete the work I have not received Agent Nelson's written statement as of this message, however I will be happy to forward it to you once I receive it Please send me a mailing address for the complaint, as I would prefer to mail you a hard copy than send it electronically.I feel at this point ** *** has exceeded the threshold of being unreasonable and crossed into the area of unlawful If ** ***'s rating and complaint are not removed from your and all other social media within days of this writing, I will seek legal and civil actions against him.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter,Jay FB***(Owner)Bauder Basement Systems, Inc.** *** *** ***Reinholds, PA ***

We did not complete the work at [redacted]'s home because He became upset when I had a to cancel due to an employee slipping on the ice and injuring himself that morning we were scheduled to make the repairs.  He then refused to allow us into his home, despite the 13 times I contacted him for...

access.  There was a delay, some of that was on his part.  We were there two times to perform corrective work and his "buddy" who was doing the drywall work on the side, in his previously flooded basement did not have the work area prepared for us, so we had to leave (or run PVC piping below his dry walled ceiling, something well below our quality standards).  There was also a delay because the injured employee is no longer with the company, so I had to find a new employee and train him.  [redacted] later sent me a threatening letter from his attorney.  I would be happy to provide a copy of that letter, as well as my response to his attorney.  I believe that after hearing back from his attorney he decided he did not have a case worth pursuing, so he is harassing me with false statements made to you and others on the internet and social media.  With every proposal, PA-DEP Certified Radon Contractors are required by the state to provide a "Notice to Clients" that states "If you have any
questions, comments or complaints concerning persons who provide radon-related
services, please contact the Department at the Bureau of  Radiation Protection, Department of

###-###-#### or ###-###-####."  I can only assume that the reason he did not pursue meaningful actions against Bauder Basement Systems, Inc PA-DEP Certification numbers [redacted] and [redacted] is because in my almost 30 years in the radon mitigation field in the state, his unrealistic complaint was met with a bit of skepticism that he was unable to overcome.  As far as his statement about my failing to return his calls texts and emails, I disagree with that statement as well.  I believe everything in his complaint is a gross overstatement or a flat out falsehood.  I never refused to not honor our guarantee.  Had [redacted] simply allowed us back into his home, the problem would have been rectified more quickly that hiring another contractor (who no longer even installs radon systems in the state of PA) at no additional expense to himself.  As far as his claim that I became threatening and unprofessional,  I suggest Mr Conley take a good long look in the mirror.  Thank you for your consideration of this matter.  I find it a bit disconcerting because in all my years in business, I have never had a client act this way.  In fact, to the best of my knowledge, I've never had a complaint filed with the Revdex.com.
