lowlifes!!!!!!!!!!!!
do not trust these lowlifes or you will be sorry

To whom it may concern,? ? We received your letter concerning [redacted] ’s dissatisfactionOur response is as follows“ [redacted] can rest assured that all items provided to us from the [redacted] Estate were sold at well advertised, public auctionsOur auction business is commission based therefore we put significant effort into making sure all items reach maximum pricesThat being said we have a weekly auction where we sell a building full of common household, collectibles and garage type items that people bring in or send in when cleaning out estatesWe utilize local & national media outlets advertising these auctions to insure our 80+ consigners items get full exposure. The auction commission structure is clearly stated on our website & reiterated at the time of setting up the pick up with the clientWhen a client has an estate that needs to be liquidated but does not have the means to bring the items to the auction facility we do offer a service for thatThe fees are discussed at the time of agreement with the clientThese fees are customized to the needs of each client but may include labor of the employees packing, loading, hauling, unloading, sorting & displaying the items for auction as well as any special disposal of unsellable electronics or hazardous waste. The night of the auction all items are offered up for bidding, some items sell for high bids, some sell for no valueOnce we have done the advertising, sorting & displaying of the items the bid the items sells for is out of our controlThe prices are determined by the individuals in attendance including those participating by absentee or phone bidding. As far as the encyclopedias are concerned, it is a common misconception in our industry that age equals valueThis simply is not the caseAny items that do not get purchased at our auction have to be disposed of immediately following the auction due to our fast paced turn around & our ever-expanding volumeIn this case, the encyclopedias were offered up for bidding and did not receive any bids, therefore we recycled themHad we known [redacted] had sentimental value with any of these items we would have been happy to return them to her possession.Above all we apologize if [redacted] was in any way mislead as to the attainable value of items from the [redacted] EstateBauer Auction Service, with [redacted] as the owner has been a leading company in the auction industry in Central Illinois for 50+ yearsWe have a register of dozens of extremely satisfied executors with estates ranging from common household to Real Estate & High End Collections from this year alone and would be happy to provide that list to the Revdex.com at their request.”Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to express our side of this situationFrom our extensive experience in this industry we are well aware of the hardship on executors when liquidating assets of a family member, therefore we customize our services to best serve the need of each clientUnfortunately, there is not always a happy ending? ? ? ? ?
