Getting my concrete front porch completely redone turned out to be a very pleasing experience I waited a year to file my review because I wanted to be sure the new porch survived the winter A year later my porch is as nice as the day it was completed and I happily paid the bill MrEveritt quickly came out to give me an estimate I was impressed with his friendly business attitude This was April and he told me that he would email me an estimate in a day or so and he would be able to get to my porch in August I had several estimates and based on reviews, I chose Everitt Concrete Construction,LLC Sure enough I got a call in early August and the porch replacement started a couple days later The porch replacement took a couple days As it turned out, the old porch was falling apart due to being left empty when the house was initially built MrEveritt spent extra time getting a large truckload of small stone to fill the inside of the porch This was not included in the estimate, but was required for a long lasting porch I expected the final bill would be about $more than the estimate due to needing the stone filler To my amazement the bill was exactly what was estimated Mr Everitt was professional I paid nothing upfront He started the job when he said he would He stayed with it until he was done He cleaned up all traces of him being there He even planted some grass seed where his heavy equipment had set When he was finished he made sure I was completely satisfied and only then presented me the bill which was exactly what was estimated I was truly impressed with the professionalism, the quality of work, and the extras that he did to ensure the beauty and quality of the jobI was also impressed that he stuck to the original estimate
Had a front step removed and design reworked Work was done when promised, and a wonderful job was done There was an additional issue found with the sidewalk which was explained so that I could understand, and options were given and explained At no time did I feel pressured or concerned about the work being done The area was left cleaned up and all questions were answered Will only use this company for any concrete work that I need done A great experience!!!
