I have contacted homeowner and set up an appointment with her the electrician and heating contractor for December 18th at 10:am to inspect the property for the complaints that she has made once the inspection is done I will reply with
our findings and we will proceed as necessary to try to help homeowner with her needs

The flooring was a product he chooseWe installed a low grade laminate floor product so the money he had would
cover the difference from the carpet that was originalWe replace a majority of the flooring on the main level and told him it was due to water getting on it without clean upWe did tell him we would replace any additional flooring if he supplied the material

I did received a call from the Electric company about my fan but as for the flooring, the flooring I originally gave to them was special order and we could not delay the project so they show me a color of another flooring that I acceptedI did not have a choice in what brand they boughtEven *** the site Manager made the comment as why we did not use Tarket flooring instead of Pergo flooringAs for what they say about getting water on the flooring and not cleaning it up is falseWhen *** the installer that was replacing the flooring, he notice what stains that appeared to be water stains but it had to be something else due the fact it was in multiple area of the flooring area*** could not figure it out what the staining was
Bottom line they installed a cheap flooring that they never used in the pastAs *** said they normally use Tarket flooringEither way I just want them to continue repairing my flooring where the seams are separating by the seams in the lower levelI am not asking to replace my flooring, just finish repairing where they left off last fall

This statement by Mr *** is completely when we originally installed the flooring in his home it is true we could not get the exact color that he had wanted so he was given the chose of multiple other colors and products after installing the product that he had chosen we had problems on the first on the first level so we removed all of the flooring in the front bedroom, hallway, and living room and replaced it all at our cost to keep good relations with Mr *** on the initial install Mr *** wanted to upgrade his basement floors from carpet to laminate I personally advised him that we could do this but it was not a good product for damp areas knowing that he had problems with water in this area but he wanted this done anyway so we replaced the basement carpet as he wanted to upgrade to the laminate that we also done for him at no up charge after completing this project for Mr *** we have been back to his home numerous times for some legitimate issues that we gladly repaired and many issues that were not legitimate and were maintenance issues which we still took care of for Mr *** our service tech *** generally takes care of these type of problems he has replaced water damaged flooring on the main level hallway and kitchen area where pet dishes along with a water bowl are located and he documented this with photo's at that time Mr *** was told that we would not stand behind this flooring when this was not caused by us or a manufacturer defect again and that our warranty only covers construction defects he than replied that we had a year warranty and that we would be his the full five years he also stated that he wanted us to replace all of the flooring as he wasn't happy with it in trying to keep good relations I told Mr *** that this was not an install problem and it was not a manufacturers issue and that if he wanted it replaced I would supply the labor at no charge to install a new floor if he would supply the product which I felt was way more then generous to do but he doesn't seem to agree

POOR workmanship, they use cheap products and never fix anything. Just one excuse after another.
