I've owned homes for over years, dealt with hundreds of contractors and never filed a Revdex.com complaintIn 12/we purchased a Soft Water System and Reverse Osmosis system from Bauer to the tune of $We never received any operating instructions for the R.O The R.Orequires filters, of which should be changed every six months; the other every years which was never brought to our attention when the system was installedWhen I was unable to replace the filters myself and which I purchased from Bauer, I asked for a representative to come and change them for us and after several attempts to contact themthey did come to the house and showed me how to do itAbout a month ago, we noticed a significant loss of pressure from our R.Oand one of their servicemen He was abrupt; in a hurry; confirmed there was a problem with the R.Oand also noted that the water softener was not hooked up properly and as a result, we were not getting the benefit of the softenerHe said he would go back to the office and check the files and return to solve the pressure problemThat was over three weeks agoI called the office (again several attempts), and explained that no one returned; asked that a different representative come and was told by the office lady, Marsha, that she would get both, the owner Matt (who installed both systems) and the service rep who came to the house together the next day and determine what was to be doneLast week I called and left a message to return my call (which was never done) since we had not heard from anyone....Still no callbackI'm finished waiting and will not use nor recommend Buaer to anyone who asksTo hear the owner Matt brag about his water conditioning system which he claims is revolutionary and the best in the world may or may not be true; however his follservice is among the worst we've ever experienced

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I used to lease a system from this company and had no problems with service or the system. In fact, I liked it so much I made the fatal error of BUYING a system from them. It's great when it works, but we have had at least three occasions in the 2 years we have had the system when parts broke down, the system won;t work at all, and we are unable to get the company to send the parts for repair. This is a small company with an invented system so parts are not readily available ANYWHERE ELSE. They do not answer calls, do not send parts as promised, do not respond to us or our plumber's requests to get that parts needed...even when in the shop itself its impossible to get anyone to help us fix this nearly new broken down system.! As a result, the system has been off more than its been on. A total waste of money and still we are having damage to our pipes from the high levels of acid in our water the system is supposed to fix. Considering a lawsuit. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I never write reviews but I am so angry about this purchase that I fell compelled to warn others.
