HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I used to lease a system from this company and had no problems with service or the systemIn fact, I liked it so much I made the fatal error of BUYING a system from themIt's great when it works, but we have had at least three occasions in the years we have had the system when parts broke down, the system won;t work at all, and we are unable to get the company to send the parts for repairThis is a small company with an invented system so parts are not readily available ANYWHERE ELSE They do not answer calls, do not send parts as promised, do not respond to us or our plumber's requests to get that parts needed...even when in the shop itself its impossible to get anyone to help us fix this nearly new broken down system.! As a result, the system has been off more than its been onA total waste of money and still we are having damage to our pipes from the high levels of acid in our water the system is supposed to fixConsidering a lawsuitDO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLEI never write reviews but I am so angry about this purchase that I fell compelled to warn others
