We certainly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Ms***aWe had a new employee who had been trained to process ticket sales and issue refunds who unfortunately did not follow through on her dutiesWe approve refunds daily and Ms***a's transaction was voided in the system and thought to have been completed however the process was not done correctlyWe escalated this issue to our Chief Technology Officer who went through the system and successfully refunded Ms***a's credit card the full a***nt of $on 6/at 3:PM Again, we are so sorry that this situation became an issue and the employee responsible for the ticket sales and refund process has been retrained and a new manager has been hired for that department to ensure better oversight
