I accept their response because is better this than nothing and I know how difficult is this kind of companies pay the extra money that I spent anyway lot of thanks Revdex.com different than bauersit you have a very good service
We certainly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Ms. [redacted]a. We had a new employee who had been trained to process ticket sales and issue refunds who unfortunately did not follow through on her duties. We approve refunds daily and Ms. [redacted]a's transaction was voided in the system and thought...
to have been completed however the process was not done correctly. We escalated this issue to our Chief Technology Officer who went through the system and successfully refunded Ms. [redacted]a's credit card the full a[redacted]nt of $36.81 on 6/22 at 3:35 PM.
Again, we are so sorry that this situation became an issue and the employee responsible for the ticket sales and refund process has been retrained and a new manager has been hired for that department to ensure better oversight.
