Our company policy is very clear on burglar bar removalWe charge $per window to remove burglar bars if the customer chooses to have us do soThe customer did not pay for this serviceFurther, due to liability issues, we DO NOT replace barsBy the customer's own admission, she was made aware
of this by our sales representativeOur installer re stated this policy There is also a section that is in BOLD print in our terms and conditions (#6) that states "Verbal promises can cause misunderstanding, therefore, this cis contract constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, and no other understanding, collateral, verbal, or otherwise, shall be binding." The customer had other companies to her home to give bids before choosing Window WorldIt is possible that a competitor offered to remove and replace, but there is no indication in the signed contract and signed terms and conditions that this was anything implied by Window WorldThis is not a valid complaint
