I am rejecting this response because:Sales person clearly stated bars would be replaced. I know what contract states, but he stated otherwise. And no, other business I spoke with, we never mention burglar bars. Window world's contract does state no on replacement, their sales person stated otherwise. Fine, if they won't replace the bars -no problem but I am sure they are aware of the fictitious statements their sales person are stating. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. BAD BUSINESS TACTICS. Window World trains their people, this salesperson knew that he was lying to me - I on the other hand believed him. THIS IS ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

We do not advertise that we remove and reinstall burglar bars,therefore, false advertising is not an issue. We certainly do not advertise that we do it free of charge. You are correct, we do train our sales staff. They all know what our rules and policies are. I have known [redacted], your sales person, for over 30 years. If he says he did not say what you claim he said, I believe him. You were also told this was our policy by our installer and our office manager, and this is further reinforced by the fact that you were not charged for removal of bars and bars were not mentioned on our contract.We fulfilled the terms of our contract this afternoon with the completion of your installation.Thank You for your business.
