TO: Revdex.com COMPLANT DVISION 11-28-2016RE: COMPLANTID# ***TO CLARIFY AGAIN, MR *** HAD HIS FORD FUSION TOWED TO MY SHOP BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION WAS IN PROTECT MODE (LIMP)THERE WAS NO WAY TO EVEN TRY TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM HE NOW CLAMS HE BROGHT THE CAR INFOR BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DRIVABLE THE TRANSMISSION SHOPSUBLET THE JOB, HAD TO DRIVE THE CAR TO THEIR LOCATION ON SIDE STREETS AS THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT SHIFT OUT OF SECOND GEAR.WHENMR, *** PICKED UPHIS VEHICLE, THERE WASNO CHECKENGINE LIGHT ON, NOTRANS CODES & THE TRANSMISSION WORKED CORRECTLY.IF NEEDED, THE OWNER OF THE TRANS SHOP WILL VERIFY THOSE FACTS.FACT, INVOICE STATES CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, LIGHT IS NOT ON NOW.FACT, TRANS WAS IN PROTECT MODE, TRANS WORKS CORRECTLY NOW.FACT, NOTHING ON INVOICE STATES THE PROBLEM HE IS NOW COMPLANING ABOUTHE WAS NOT CHARGED FOR ANY OTHER REPAIRS.I DON'T UNDERSTAND MR***S CONFUSIONABOUT THE FACTSAS STATED BEFORE, OBVIOUSLY CONFUSEDAFORAN ON THE INVOICEAPPOLOGIZED FOR THE HONEST MISTAKE MADE AND WILL BE HAPPY TO REFUND THE FIVE DOLLARS OVERCHARGED HIM

TO CLARIFY EVENTS THAT TRANSPIRED WHEN MR*** BROUGHT IN HIS FORD FUSION TO MY SHOP FOR REPAIR, THE VEHICLE HAD A SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT ON AND THE TRANSMISSION WAS IN LIMODE, MEANING VEHICLE WOULD ONLY DRIVE IN 2' GEARWE SCANNED ENGINE & TRANS COMPUTERS & FOUND TRANS
CODE PO977, CODE FOR #SHIFT SOLENOID PROBLEMAFTER CHECKING TRANS SYSTEM, THE TECH FOUND #SHIFT SOLENOID FAILED.WHEN YOU CLEARED COMPUTER CODES & TEST DROVE VEHICLE, IT WOULD IMMEDIATELY GO BACK INTO LMODE & SERVICE LIGHT RETURNED.CAN'T SAY FOR SURE, BUT ONE OF MY TECHS SAID THE CAR WAS TOWED IN.TO REPLACE FAILED SOLENOID, VALVE BODY REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED, AFTER REPAIRS WERE MADE, VEHICLE DID NOT EXHIBIT ANY OF THE SYMPTOMS WE EXPERIENCED BEFOREREPAIRS.MR*** RETURNED THE VEHICLE FOR A "SIMILAR"PROBLEM, AFTER SEVERAL DAYS,AND APPROX MILES OF DRIVING VEHICLE & RE-SCANNING VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES, WE COULD NOT REPRODUCE WHAT CUSTOMER WAS DESCRIBINGWHENMR*** PICKED UP VEHICLE, AND HAD BEEN GONE FOR APPROX MINUTES, HE RETURNED AND SAID HE COULD SHOW ME THE PROBLEM.AFTER AMINUTE DRIVE, DID WITNESS THE PROBLEM 1, TIME FOR SURE & MAYBE FELT SOMETHING OTHER TIMETOLD HIM IT MIGHT BE AN ENGINE MISFIRE BUT WOULD BEVERY HARD TO FIND BECAUSE OF THE DIFFICULTY IN REPRODUCING THE PROBLEMSAID IF HEBROUGHT IT BACK WE COULD TRY TO USE MODE SIX ON SCANNER & MAYBE FIND AN ENGINEMISFIRE.THE NEXT TIME SAW MR***, HE DEMANDED A FULL REFUND AS HE SAID FORD FOUND THE "REAL." PROBLEMTRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT WHAT FORD FIXED HAD NOTHING TODO WITH HIS TRANSMISSION PROBLEM, BUT HE STARTED THREATENING ME WITH THE Revdex.com AND THE BAR DIDN'T COMPLYHE STATED "TWOULD BE BAD FOR MEF DIDN'T REFUND HD MONEYAT THAT POINTASKED HIM TO LEAVE MY PROPERTY.WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY MY SHOP, THE TRANS SHIFTING PROBLEM & SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT WERE REPAIRED CORRECTLYTHE LIGHT WAS NOT ON, AND TRANS WORKED PROPERLYIN REGARDS TO MISTAKE ON CREDIT CARD CHARGE, MADE A MISTAKE, THOUGHT THE WAS AN 8, APOLOGIZED FOR THE MISTAKE AND HAVE NO PROBLEM RETURNING THE 5.OO OVERPAYMENT.ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT ME) ***

***Here is my paper work, a letter which I sent to the B.A.Rcomplaint #*** and the invoices from Baughman & Turner and Ford of Orange who fixed the problem that Baughman could "NOT "*** states in his opening statement "to clarify the facts" as if I'm lying my letter are the facts of the events that took placeI told *** that I took it to ford of Orange they fixed the problem he ask what was the problem I looked at him and said "if you thing I'm going to tell you what the problem was so you can use it against me you are wrong"On our teat drive after he fixed the car he did feel the misfire twice told me he could not do anything till it throws a code, I asked so we have to drive it till it throws a code "yes" he said got out of my car and went into his officeThat's not how he remembers it as stated in his responseSo the next day I took it to Ford of Orange they found the problem w/o any codes being thrown as it's stated in the Ford invoices which are high lighted.The problem was bad C.O.P.'s (coil over plugs) every cylinder has oneThe misfire caused the transmission to throw a trans code it did not have smooth power caused by the misfireWe did not need a valve body replacement done to our car.Baughman and Turner Auto repair "DID NOT " do the correct repair period end of storyThe if he had done the correct repair why did the car still have the same conditions it had before the repair because he did not fix it the first timeOh and he did not do the transmission repair he subbed it out to a transmission shop which he told me he was going to do I did not threaten *** I did tell him I'm going to use every avenue possible to resolve this matter and I didHe charged me $for a repair that we did not need Ford of Orange found it fixed it For $I do believe a refund is in order do the repair correctly case closed,if not as it is now the car was not fixed refund me moneyAlso he should not be over charging even if it is $that's wrong!!Thank You*** *** ***SDorchester stAnaheim Ca 92807714-458-
