Review: I bought a 2000 Ford Taurus from Baul's Auto Center on 12/6/13. On approximately 1/1/14 the check engine light came on and the car started to drive as though it was having transmission problems. I took the car back to Baul's on 1/2/14 and explained to one of the mechanics the problem. After a quick inspection I was informed the car had a misfire and was reading a p0301 error. I was told I just needed a thorough tune-up. On 1/3/14 I took the car,which was driving badly, to Quality Auto Services and had a tune-up done on the car. After a few hours of waiting, I was took to the back and told my car would not start. The mechanics there informed me that they had to perform a compression and hydo-carbon test. I was then told my car had a blown head gasket. I asked them was it because of my neglience and they stated that the car had a blown head gasket when it was sold to me. They told me that he may of rigged it to where it could be driven for awhile but then it would eventually break down. I researched Baul's Auto Services and found out that their company has a reputation of selling people defective cars. I contacted the owner [redacted] and as of yet I have had any real assistance.,Desired Settlement: I want my car fixed properly by Baul's Auto Service at their expense or my money refunded.

These guys were amazing! I had a scare with my tire after hitting a really hard pothole. When I called them today it was their closing time and the man on the phone told me to come even though they were closing up. When I got there he did a GREAT job with my car! Everyone was nice and helpful! I'm very grateful. I'm not sure of the guy's name but he was just amazing! I highly recommend this auto center!

Review: I was buying auto from Baul's Auto I put a down payment on a 200 Dodge Intrepid in Dec. of 2013 I talk to Mr. [redacted] himself in Jan. 13th 2014 tell him that I would be making a payment for a thousand dollars as soon as my taxes come in which in March the 17th he say bring in want you can I never stop call him we talk every payment date which was due on the 29th of Jan.29th/14 and Fed.29th/14 and March I when to Mr. [redacted] and gave them 1,000 for the month of Jan.and Fed.March and April of 2014 bring my next payment to May 29th 29th 2014 But really my complain is that me second T tags had fail again on the car because my check engine light would go off. So I call Mr. [redacted] to tell this he ask me what did I want his to do I ask him to turn it he says that was his problem.See I work at Delaware Park and my hours vary and I did wont take a chance gong back and forward down RT95 with expire tag so found and auto body shop turn off the light and then it pass the inspection so I walk in the DMV and paid $294 dollars out of my pocket for my hard tags until 2015. Two days later Mr. [redacted] call me asks me how did get my hard tag I walk into the DMV He in return ask me did an inspector come ask question I told him no. Then the next day a woman call me to ask me the same she not tell me her name. Well one evening I was diving Phila. an the tried blow out on me I call Mr. [redacted] to tell him this and inform him about the same tried that he had replace a month ago blow out again he ask me what did want him to do at this time alone and up set sitting on top a bridge. The next day some took up to Philda. to see if we could change the tried and just would come off the police themselves said they never seeming anything like that. So I got tow to the [redacted] in Philda to see if they could get off and they could not get off so I call Mr. [redacted] and told that my can was at [redacted] and need get back and forward to word after loosing a day from work will two day later he got his people to tow the car here to his shop he could get fix either for about two days. After he say to me that would cot me $200 dollars and ask him why when paid for me own tags he says I going to put that to your car payment So me being stress out as I was say ok so why did buy the warranty on the car he say nothing . I hurt my foot and could work one in May the 12 and my mom call and talk to Mr. [redacted] and told be in there with a payment on May the 29th my oldest sister was with when pick up the car from his shop he stat it to me that was going put that $294.00 to my repair now I say wow! Will June the six Mr. Baul open up my grate to me home and got the car he didn't send his towing company he call a guy from New York the reason I know because the guy talk to my mom who is disable and told that how ask him why do you need when you have your own tow service he say that Mr. [redacted] paid him $3,000 and the time to come it he was nice guy he was just doing his job. When I ask Mr. why he rope my car he say I didn't do that he act just like he didn't know what talking about the next day I call again and he say to me OH you paid me in four months I was taking back at this point I don't want the car at all I seeming to many people driving it with my tags still on it What Girl going to do.I'm only 22 years old a life lesson.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back from him thank you for your time but very hurt.Now he call me on the 21,2014 and said if give him $800 payment for June and July and pay for tow I can get the car back now thank you I said I will see you in court.

Review: I purchased a 2005 buick lacrosse on September 22nd 2014 and after two daysafter transmission started slipping so I took back to bauls auto sales and he tried to flush the transmission with lucas and the car was stiil giving me trouble so I told Jason baul that I want my money back so he told me that he not going to give me back my money but he would sell it for me the car has been sitting on this lot for 3 weeks and the car never got sold it is still on his lot, he charged me $4000 for the car and $575 for tags, car failed inspection so he kept my $575 for tags, He returned $3000 and kept $1575 and told me he was going to give me all my money back but he didn't. I do have all my paper work when I first brought the car.Desired Settlement: He returned $3000 to me and I would like him to return my $1575 because I have no money to give away.

Review: I bought a 2004 dodge stratus on 2/7/14 from bauls auto which was paid in full. It has now been over the 60 days in which the state investigators at the dmv told me they have to produce the title. I have no real answer from bauls as to where and why my title has yet to be released to me. At this point I only want a refund beacuse I feel their business practices aren't legal since they can't even provide proof they even own this vehicle.Desired Settlement: A full refund is all I want at this point.

Review: On 1/17/2014 I went to Baul's Auto and asked to speak with the owner, a man in blue overalls with a name tag that said "[redacted]" said he was the owner, I explained I was a private duty nurse and sometimes transport patients, and I need a really good reliable car, but I wanted to pay cash, and he took me down to a lot across from the [redacted] Garage and showed me 3 cars 2 were in bad shape just from looking, and the 99 Buick Regal looked fair, so I asked for the keys, because it was winter I wanted to check out the heat and engine, and the heat and engine was good at that time, I never had a need to try the windows because it was brutally cold that day, so we made a deal after I asked him was there any problems with the car since I seen no dash lights of error, and he said "no", so we agreed on 1500.00 and 331.00 tax, title and tag I paid 1500.00 cash he asked me to pay his grandson on northeast blvd Eric, who's name tag was [redacted], and I asked him was he Eric, He said yes, I gave him the money, of which he gave to a young lady who said she was the grand daughter, but married to [redacted], and they both counted it, and I said that Monday I would pay the 331.00 which I did, as of today I spent over 900.00 getting it fixed just to pass inspection, that Tuesday after I bought it the car's dash lit up like a christmas tree, when I took it back and asked for my money or for them to fix everything that was wrong they keep it for a week and when I picked it up it was the same, I was so upset and the man "[redacted]" then said [redacted] is the boss, so I said, I'm leaving but this isn't the end of this, at DMV after I passed inspection I found out that it was through inspection 5 times and failed on a number of things each time, of which I could believe because of all I had to pay to get it fixed, and then I still can't register it, because I still don't have a title even after a complaint with DMV, so I have to keep getting t-tags, and I found out a month later after I bought it none of the windows work, not even the sunroof, and the a/c is broke, so you can image how I feel riding in this heat. I wish he was honest I would have left and went somewhere else.Desired Settlement: I would like my 1500.00 back atleat for my 900.00 payed out and that does not even cover what it will cost for my window motor and roters and calibrators I need for all my tires to get the ABS light off and a coolant sensor, I'm really discusted, and fustrated,

Review: Automobile was purchased with a$ 300.00 down payment. After payment was given I was informed that a fan needed to be put in the engine. Was given another car for 2 days until problem

was fix. After a week of driving vehicle the power steering went out. The car was return back. Repairs was supposedly been made to the vehicle.$ 600.00 was paid. I was assured that the

car was repaired. After driving the car home. I found the car to be worst than what it was. I call the Owner several times, he was not available. On December 2nd the car broke down. I called

the auto service they picked up the car on December 2,2014. I tried to reach the owner he's never available. My last time to contact him was on December 10, 2014 someone kept answer the phone but they would not say anything but hang up. This car was purchase on Nov.11,2014. This company has not contact me at all regarding the Red Chevy Malibu 2001. The owner has

the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I want my down payment returned of $300.00 and repair cost $600.00 Total of $900.00 in cash or money order from local bank or united state postal service. I no longer want the car or

this owner business.
