To whom it may concern,Mr [redacted] placed an online order on 05/18/The order required further verificationWe could not reach Mr [redacted] by phonePlease see the phone number provided on this complaint differs from the phone number he provided on the invoiceOn 05/22/2015, we credited to the MasterCard used to make the purchaseOn 05/26/2015, we received an email stating the following:"dear sirs I have filed a dispute with the credit card co in the amount of this order I no longer want this order that has not been shippedas far as I know please credit back the amount of this order to my credit cardthank you and have a great day norman e henson"At this point we marked the order fraudulent so it did not count in our order statisticsThe money has been returned to the credit cardIf more information is needed, please let me knowSincerely, George ***Customer Service Manager

To whom it may concern,On 08/15/we receive the motherboard, CPU ane memory back from this customerUpon inspection we immediately noticed physical damage to the productsThere was thermal paste in the holes of the motherboard's CPU socketThe small pins on the CPU were bentThis is physical
damage caused by whomever installed the hardwareOn 08/16/we did reach out to the customer regarding thisHis response was for us to try to fix it and resell itPlease see his response below:"Unfortunately, getting my own cpu cooler off of the chip was difficult because the thermal pasteis thermal pasteYou too can scrub the thermal paste off of the motherboard if you wish to reuse or resell it, which I can assure you is a waste of time (the motherboard did not work before I had to remove my cpu cooler--) I'm willing to receive less whatever fee necessary, but I returned this item immediately and am most displeased that you are squabbling about the condition in which it was returned - something unnecessary if the product had worked to begin withI still want my money back and am willing to write as many negative reviews about lack of quality concern on shipped items from your company, a sad state of affairs considering how good a relationship I've had with you guys for probably the last ten yearsFrom *** * ***The bottom line is that the products are damaged by the end userPhotos have been includedPlease let us know if you have any other questionsThank you!*** ***
