Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] Property is pulling out of responsibilities because of their employee's negligence and not understanding that it cost me money I also want to bring out that when they selectively choose people to whom unwritten rules apply, that is called discrimination The policy and recommendation that [redacted] Property is referring to is not documented, implemented or written down anywhere and is not a policy of any board When I asked to see any written document, Ms [redacted] told me that it was not written, it was just her finding Right now, I am asking for $that Ms [redacted] 's (***'s employee) mistake has cost me Sincerely, Thank you

Right now, I am asking for $200 that Ms. [redacted]'s ([redacted]'s employee) mistake has cost me.

Hi We have previously replied to his message., but I will reply again with the hope this will finalize and remove [redacted] Property Management from this complaint. In addition, His garbage disposal is installed and the issue resolved.I have apologized for any inconvienance this may have caused. I am apologizing again for any initial wrong info he was given. He has since been given correct info and the garbage disposal is installed. In addition, [redacted] Property Management is NOT a party or involved in this. His 7/716 letter to me (and below) states - "when Marty (his repairman?) came over, he said he was sorry but he can not install the garbage disposal in my unit because he was told by the office not to do so. So, I went to the association office to find out why. At the office , I did not find June [redacted] there, instead her husband Jim was there. He told me that he told Marty not to install it becuse of the old plumbing system". Jim [redacted] is NOT an employee of [redacted] Property Management. [redacted] Property is incorrectly named in this complaint.I sincerely hope this message removes [redacted] Property from this complaint.
