Baum Squad Pools

We hired Baum Squad pools last fall to remodel our pool deckThey came right away and where very eager to start, but not as eager to finishWe agreed to pay half up front and half when the job was completeTheir crew was a bunch of [redacted] s that were very nice and hard working but did complain that the Baum Squad owed them money and that they were brokeSo we felt bad and paid Baum Squad the second half of the money so they could pay the [redacted] workersThat's when the trouble beganThey didn't come back to finish the job and refill our pool for over a weekI called so many times with no answer and just getting there Voice mailThen when they would call back it was one lame excuse after anotherSo our pool sat empty with construction debris in it and holes in our pebble tec from where the [redacted] s nailed boards into the side of the pool to create forms for the cement.so the guy finally came back to clean and fill our pool but he did not repair the holes in the pebble tecSo when I asked when he was going to, and that it clearly stated in our contract that he would repair all pebble tec using the old pebble tec so it would match, he looked at the contract and seemed annoyed because he was obligated and it seemed like he just wanted this job to be over so he could get to the next oneSo days later again he shows up with this sample for new pebble tec to repair the holes to see if I liked the colorIt wasn't exact but very close so I agreedBut when he actually started applying it, it did not match at all not even closeNow our pool looks like it has large rust spots because our original pebble tec is Grey and he brought a dark brown rust color Not even close to the sample he showed meSo I was so sick of dealing with these people and calling all the time and getting no response I just decided to cut my losses and let it goEven though I was embarrassed about how my pool lookedIt was supposed to be an improvement and it looked awful So now it's almost a year later and I have been trying to get The Baum Squad to come back and repair my pool because all the pebble tec that they put on has crumbled and fallen off and the cement that they poured is now disintegrating because it is exposed to the water and it is all mushyBut just like last year they say they are gonna show up and they don'tThey don't answer their phonesSo I have decided to hire a new company to fix their mistakes since they wontI highly DO NOT RECOMMEND The Baum Squad pool company as they are NOT the Baum they are flakes
