I a m a proud owner of a Pontiac Solstice. I was recently turned down on a trade offer for a 1994 camaro z28 because it was way over priced. They wanted to give me 6000$ for my car and 9000$ for the camaro. My car is worth [redacted] on [redacted] or [redacted] when finally arriving to the dealership with my brother we explained this and was willing to give a fair trade. My car for the camaro I was out the money on this scam. My dealer [redacted] was a great attitude great personality guy helped me out but his Finance Manager I think his name was [redacted] eyes were red and smelled a little fishy but besides that he was rude to me and my brother said "take our business elsewhere cause we was not gonna get that deal" and when my brother said "okay" he responded with "Good luck brothaaah" in this day and age to me that was a racist remark we were all white there was no need for that remark. I even explained to him the the Pontiac Solstice is a dying breed and is a rare to find car and that it is attractive to both young and older people, he replied "no its not"and ran my car down the road.[redacted] chased us out the door and apologized for his behavior said "he would talk to him about trying to get the deal straightened out he would call us Monday". well its Thursday I get a call from [redacted] he had quit on the fact that he said "they were scam artists and lairs and was cheating people"(worse than [redacted]). He wanted to let people know about the vehicles problems (great man). But instead the finance manager told him to keep his mouth shut so he quit. He couldn't get me the car but is a hero in my book. I would have liked for it to play out a different way and give them a 10/10 but they get a 0 from me don't go here you will get scammed every time. P.S [redacted] would not show us the [redacted] either he avoided it at all costs and after my brother backed him in a corner and he had no other options he got violent and basically kicked us out.
This place had a 2011 Ram 1500 I wanted so I bought it I'm so unhappy with it it was to 52,000 miles on it when I got to the lot it had 55,000 miles on it and the side steps were missing that they had pics of online so the truck comes with there 30 day 1000 mile warranty my truck is 20 days old and I have just about 700 miles on it and the service engine light is on and some things are not working right so I call they said it will be 29.99 to hook it to the computer I said I don't think so you are fixing my truck so now they will wave the computer fee of 29.99 and the will let me know what is wrong with my truck so I can get it fixed that is just not right in my eyes you couldn't wait for me to buy it 20 days ago and now I'm no one already I will make sure everyone that I know dose not even go to this place to look at a new car or truck
