I took my car in 2 different times for a noise it was making and I believe that the dealership did know that it was a transmission problem, but instead of just charging me to fix a transmission they decided to fix everything else on the car before they wanted to tell me it was the transmission because they would know it was way too much.
Refund I would like a full refund of only the last appointment I had there that cost me 1800.00 Thank you

We would like to offer to the customer to repair the vehicle and we would be willing to apply all the money she paid for the last repair to the transmission replacement. The estimate for transmission replacement was $2700.00 and we would apply the $1800.00 she already paid leaving a balance of $900.00.

I do not want to spend anymore money with this dealership because of the dishonesty charging 1282.00 dollars for labor is wrong and I believe they knew that. I can not afford another 900.00 dollars. I would like a refund . Plus this car has a recall for a transmission and with this dealership always dealing with fords I have a hard time believing they did not know that.
We would be willing to replace the transmission with a used transmission as previously quoted for no additional cost to the customer.

I do not think the dealership understands
I do not trust that when we no longer communicate tthrew the Revdex.com that you will treat me honestly if I come into your establishment I really feel as though you will make up some changes that I will have to pay for so if at all possible at least a refund for the over charging of the labor.
