Review: IN LATE JULY I HAD TAKEN MY TRUCK TO BAUMGART TIRE TO HAVE THEM INSTALL A SET OF RIMS. IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING THE OLD RIMS BACK INTO THE BACK OF THE TRUCK THE BROKE THE HANDLE ON THE FIBERGLASS CAP. [redacted] HAS AGREED TO HAVE IT FIXED FOR ME AT [redacted] WERE THE CAP WAS PURCHASED FROM. I HAVE CONTACTED [redacted] 5 OR 6 TIMES TO SEE IF ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO HAVE IT REPLACED, 5 WEEKS HAVE GONE BY AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED TOYS FOR TRUCKS TO SEE IF THEY HAVE HEARD FROM [redacted], NO NOTHING. I WANT THIS FIXED NOW, HE NEEDS TO STICK TO HIS WORD OF HAVING THIS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER.Desired Settlement: HAVE THE CAP HANDLE REPLACED BY TOYS FOR TRUCKS

[redacted] came in we had to mount and balance 4 of his tires. When he came in he had all the tires and wheels in the back of his truck and he opened the cap door him self. When we got done with the truck we drove the truck out of the shop. When he started to leave we noticed one of his wheels was left in the shop, So we took the rim out to the truck and he opened the back of the truck cap for [redacted] and he put the rim in side. He called later and said that we must have broken the cap door latch when we took the wheels out of the truck. I explained that he had opened the cap door when he got here to show [redacted] the tech that was working on his truck. He said that he did not open the cap door, So I went back in the office and watched the cameras to see what had happened. When I called him back and told him that I had watched the camera he said that he remembered that he did open the door. I told him that I did not see anybody open the door on his cap and he said he was going over to toys for truck for some other things. then he called me back and told me that he had got a estimate for the door and it was 86.00 dollars. I had told him that that I would help him out but the guy from toys for trucks never contacted me. Thank you [redacted]
