Baumhoff Construction has done nothing to resolve the issueEvery time it rains it continues to leak in the spotsI went and looked on the roof and could see that the gutters were coveredI have tried calling him and tried to leave a message but his mailbox is fullI called at 6:this morning and he didn’t answerI am going to have to hire another roofer since he isn’t fixing the issue

I talked to the consumer about thisThere was a windstorm that came in St Louis after about months after we installed the roofIt is not a warranted item because it was caused by wind damageIt has nothing to do with workmanship or manufacturers defectWe are a roofing company so as far as her siding coming off, that was nothing dealing with our work As a courtesy to her I will go up there myself and see if there is something I can do to repair the issues

He did not call or come by on September I have not heard from him at allHe didn't do what he promised

I did talk to him a couple weeks ago however he has not come out to fix the issues as he stated he would. He said he would come out the following Tuesday but did not.
