regarding bed bugs, [redacted] in apt[redacted] must fill out a form to service her unit. Also, a bed bug addendum was signed at move in date 8/30/2014. I contacted the resident and had her meet with me to explain the process of getting pest control to do service in her unit to avoid any delays. Her unit was serviced for bed bugs on 6/29/2015 and the second treatment will be done in 2 weeks. I always buy from this Store.
The last time I bought a Mattress. Unfortunately we didn't like it. We request an exchange and even with the exchange we were not happy.
So the Manager sent us 2 more Mattress to try, at home! (free delivery for 3 times!)
Again we didn't like both Mattresses and, since they apparently didn't have the Mattress that we would like, the Manager was so kind to give me a full refund.
I still apologize for this to the Store, but I have to tell everyone that they proved to be loyal and they care about the customers.
Thank you to the Staff, and I would surely keep sending to them all my friends!
