Hello, This is very simple caseMs*** *** ordered a specialty German measuring cup Dec.20th We packed and shipped it out USPS on Dec 21, ( very fast service) This had to go in a USPS box, which I pass on my commercial rates to my customersObviously Ms*** does not
ship items, and has no idea what things cost to shipI don't build extra costs in my products for shipping, or make money on shipping! If Ms*** has a beef about shipping charges, she should talk to the USPS about itI don't set the ratesLook how much a stamp is!! Wisconsin to New York for this box was exactly that rate! Yes, my shipping lady had a one number wrong on the label, which is why she had such a problemDoing orders a day at that time, my shipping lady made a honest error on the keyboard We are HUMAN and we do make mistakesWe did apologize times for this mistake and Anne would not listen, we also said times that we would credit Ms*** *** back for the shipping, but she hung up on Dawn and would not let her finish the conversationUnfortunately things like this happen on the worst week, when trying to make people happy by getting their last minute orders out, when placed days before ChristmasMs*** was frustrated and I understand this BUT, we were very nice and would work with her untill she got nasty with DawnI have no problem giving her money back for the shipping, simple as that! I was going to do this days ago, but never was able to finish a conversation with her, and she quite frankly needed to calm downThis is not necessary to get rudeLife is to short to be that way over a $10.95! It's just not worth it!! I have already credited her shipping backWe have already apologized more than enoughAlso Ms*** *** knew what the shipping was going to be when she placed the order!! Thank You!

We have apologized for the mistake and we have refund her $10.95 via her credit card.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Bavaria avoid the issue carefully.  And does not make sense.I complain about bad service -- they sent my package to a wrong address.  My right address was written by me at the time I made the purchase on-line.I complain about the loss of my time and the aggravation in looking for a solution, for 2 weeks.I had to wait for one hour at the post Office to resolve the issue.  The PO resolved the issue.  Bavaria did not.Given the bad service, I ask for a refund.  The person on the phone agrees to a refund of the shipping fee.  Then the President writes me an irate email!I ask, who made a mistake?  Bavaria.  I ask, who was greatly inconvenienced (it is not easy for me to walk to the P.O. and then to stand there for one hour)? me.I want my money back for the shipping fee.  Fair and simple.  Thank you.Dr. A [redacted]

Review: I placed an order on 20 Dec for a Measuring Cup. Cost $9.99. It is a lightweight plastic cup.

I was charged $10.95 for shipping through USPS

Delivery was promised for 14 December.

No delivery, no notice from the P.O.

On 5 January (13 days after scheduled delivery date), I went and waited for one hour at my P.O. for a resolution .

t turns out that Bavaria entered the WRONG ADDRESS on the shipping label.

I asked Bavaria for a refund

Their response: they do not make money on shipping (a lie), and I should be happy to have my measuring cup.Desired Settlement: I insist. They made a mistake. They cused me a lot of aggravation and wasted time. I demand a refund of the shipping fees, $10.95.

We did apologize 10 times for this mistake and Anne would not listen, we also said 2 times that we would credit Ms. [redacted] back for the shipping, but she hung up on Dawn and would not let her finish the conversation.
