Replaced spark plugs and coils with the wrong spark plugs I own a 328i BMWMy check engine light came onBavarian auto care diagnosed it as bad spark plugs and coilsWent ahead and replaced all plugs and coilsI was there all day long and could not understand how changing spark plugs and coils could possibly take hoursMy car started to act like it wanted to shut off at a red light or prolonged startThe car shut off twice so I would give it a little gas to keep it from shutting offI could not get in touch with Bavarian auto care so I took it to BMWThe spark plugs that were installed by Bavarian are the wrong ones! I paid on 4/19/My order number is I paid with a credit cardBMW is going to charge me to fix the issue

On March I purchased a bmw for the price of $3,from Doug at this businessI had the vehicle for approximately 1hour after purchase and the vehicle stopped I was told to bring the vehicle back which I did the same dayI picked the car back up approximately weeks later had it for an hour and trans fail popped up so I took the vehicle back once againDoug has the vehicle ever since it has now been approximately 4months since the day of purchaseNow he doesn't call or text backI was given months warranty on the vehicleNo buyers guide, no as is were sign at purchase

This man that runs this Shop fix my vehical years ago, he rebuild my Transmission and charge me $My car still had several problems after this, it still would pull and ***took it back he claimed it was okaySo a year ago my car got worst and now its letting white smoke out all the time, shutting off still jerkingI took my Vehical back to him once again and he said it was a whole issue and its gonna cost about $I told him I did not have the money at that time so he said its fine just leave it there because he didn't want me to drive it and it get worstSo I left m Vehical, I finally got the money paid him 80% and told him to go ahead and fix itEight weeks went by and I heard nothing so My husband went up there and he told my husband that my car won't go in gear now and windows and doors aren't working and its gonna be another $I was so upset because I drove my car in the shop it had issues with white smoke come out of tail pipe and the jerking, now m
