I am rejecting this response because:No response from numerous phone messages Jan 26, Feb 2, and phone and emails today from Accounting Sales Mgr, ***, says the accounting dept is off-site, and they must respond to his authorization on May to refund the $[redacted] credit Card offers to participate in a telephone conference with Bavarian Auto to resolve the matter; they have credit card statements on card ending in from April through Aug showing no credit posted from Bavarian The charge for $is posted on may 23, 2014.Please have them agree to this conference call with [redacted] so that this can be resolved [redacted] ###-###-####

This is a follow up to Complaint ID [redacted] filed on 05/18/15.On 05/20/15, Bavarian Auto replied back "I apologize for any inconvenience, I looked into your order and it has been submitted to our accounting department for a refund(I/ R85635) Depending on your credit card company, this could take a full billing cycleI also re-submitted it to the accounting department to speed things upThank You" Refund has still not been credited to my account as of 06/23/15.On 08/05/14, I called Bavarian Auto Recycling at 1-800-726-and ordered a 330i BMW car seat from [redacted] , x611, for $and they charged my account for $on Aug He told that it would take about a week to get it deliveredWhen it didn't arrive, I called and [redacted] told me that the seat was not actually in stock and that one would be available soonWhen it was available, it would be delivered to meFrom one week to the next, I contacted [redacted] and he kept checking the inventory and it was still not availableHe told me to keep calling back and that one should become available since they purchase BMW vehicles frequentlyI was very patient and purchased this seat in good faith but the item never became available and on 04/03/15, I requested a refund from [redacted] and he told me that it would take business days for it to be credited back to my accountOn 05/05/15, the refund still had not been processed so I emailed their accounting dept and requested them to process the refund with the information below and notify me when it had been completedOn May 12, 2015, I contacted them to remind them that the refund still had not been processed and I would give them until the end of the week on 05/15/for them to process the refund otherwise I would bring it to your attentionAs of May 17, 2015, the refund still has not been proceedDate purchased: Aug 05, Part: BMW 330i 4DR EFront Driver Car Seat BEIGE / Leather / SPORT Order# [redacted] Thank you for your help.I need an actual refund credit date from business to follow up and verify that it has been processedFull refund credited back to my account for $I never received the item as agreed
