In March of 2015, *** *** was approved for financing the car she had purchased from us with financing by *** *** ***, signing a contract March 24, She had days to provide documentation regarding residency and insurance on the vehicle.Since *** *** took her time to provide the
necessary documents, it was a month later before she took possession of the vehicleIn order to continue on with the sale, *** *** *** deducted *** ***' first car payment from out funded amount received from them.Bavarian Motors made repeated attempts to contact *** *** regarding the deducted payment, only to be ignoredIt wasn't until she came to our office to get her registration did we hear from herWe were advised she would pay us the money we were due in the amount of $363.41.We have not heard from *** *** in months, until now when she wanted Bavarian Motors to fix her vehicleAnd never once did *** *** ask for paperwork regarding a transmission put into the *** ***, as any maintenance/inspection was done prior to her purchasing the car.As for the issue of paying $for taxes and tags, Pennsylvania requires the charging of sales tax, registration, lien registration, and title on all vehicles purchased in the StateShe was advised of this prior to purchasing the vehicle, and we do not understand why she would think paying the proper taxes is "wrong".When *** *** drove the car out of our lot she received a copy of Retail Installment Sale Contract, that she signed, along with a copy (pink) of the MVVehicle Sales and Usc Tax, Return/Application for RegistrationWe do not understand her contacting the Revdex.com, nor dowc understand why she is requesting a refund or $In fact, she still owes us $363.4l, so we consider this matter to be closed.If you have any questions, or if I can be of any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.Bavarian Motors
