I had the same experience as the two other reviews; wish i'd known about this site before buying. They sent the wrong battery and are refusing to send a new one, claiming I ordered what they sent. Now I'm supposed to pay for return shipping. As this was an Amazon site I trusted it. Never again. Also, there is really no way to talk to a human; I found a phone number in the yellow pages but it goes to a recording.
I have ordered a battery on April 2, 2018. The shipment originated in San Diego, CA on April 3, 2018. I live in Dublin, CA which is approx. 500 miles away. Today is April 11, 2018 and the shipment has not yet arrived. It is apparently scheduled to arrive on April 16, 2018. this means the delivery will take 14 days, or 336 hours. It means the speed for this delivery is approximately 1.5 miles/hour. HELLO THIS IS YEAR 2018, NOT YEAR 18! These people have no number to call for assistance, and the e-mail I sent to complain has probably been deleted.
This company is a total disgrace!
Review: Received a defective laptop battery from seller on [redacted] When I received the battery it worked for 30 minutes, and when I attempted to charge it, it would not work. So the battery is dead. Business contacted me giving me troubleshooting steps to perform. No troubleshooting needed as the battery initially worked in the computer and my compuer cord is not defective. I advised the company via amazon to please send me another battery. Instead in their response they told me to return the battery if the trouble shooting did not work. This immediately raise a red flag because they clearly know their products are defective if they are not willing to replace them. On top of that they expect me to pay for the shipping to return the item. I already paid for the item and for the initial shipping cost to receive it.Desired Settlement: a prepaid return label and a full refund.
Review: I purchased a laptop battery from their website under order # [redacted], I got the battery but it is for another laptop model and doesn't fit in my laptop, to exchange the battery I wrote an email at: [email protected] - that is the ONLY option on their website to contact them for return and customer service related issues, however all of my emails were rejected with a failed delivery notification due to invalid email address, I am so frustrated as they have charged my credit card for the payment and now I am stuck and can't contact this company to resolve the issue, I got their mailing address from the mail package they used to deliver the battery and the phone number from an order confirmation email.Desired Settlement: I simply would like to exchange the battery with the correct model, if it is not possible then they should refund the money.
