Review: we are sandy vicitem we hire him to fix my house he said on contract work will be done in 6to 8 weak start job date feb ** did not finish till now he left the job noy answering our ph call his tools are here he got his 95% money and job he did is nit right we have floor problem I do not have more money to hire any other person he is not even answering my phone

Review: On July [redacted], 2013 Bawa Construction Corp entered into a contract with us, for replacement of concrete pavement. A deposit of $1,500.00 was given in the form of a check and cashed by them. Bawa has not delivered the services nor have they returned numerous phone calls and texts. Their message box is intentionally left full so no more messages can be left. Next week will be 2 months that they cashed check and to date they have not delivered service nor have they refunded the deposit. I have since learned from the city that their license #[redacted] expired this past June yet Bawa fradulently misrepresented themselves as having a permit as indicated on thir letterhead and estimate last month. I seek any assitance that you can possibly render. His delay and neglect has caused us great inconvenience as we are now faced in doing this repair in the upcoming holiday.The initial date of contract was 7/*/13 and work was to be done on July **, 2013 due to interanl construction it was postponed to July **, 2013. We never heard from Bawa for 2 weeks and on 8/**/13 [redacted] got in contact with me and explained he had an emergency in India and he would do the job on 8/**/13. On the morning of the [redacted] called at aproximately 9:30 am to tell me he was getting permits and would start the job later that morning. From the [redacted], on we never heard from [redacted]. He has ignored all phone messages, texts and emails. My text have included my request of refund since he was not interested and obviously not going to do the job.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $1,500.00 in full.
