order date was 1/3/2017. We have checked for an order under the name [redacted] , under the e-mail address [redacted]. and have not found anything.We also looked for a $39.00 order on 12/20/16 and on 1/3/2017 and nothing. I am afraid this gentelman has the wrong company. We also tried calling the phone numbers provided and sent a text and received no reply.

Our goal as a company is to have happy Customers, and while this is heartbreaking when we just can't accomplish that in every case. We will more then happy to refund this Customers money.  There was a non refundable $10.00 shipping fee and a International Customs fee of $18.40 which we paid on this Customers behalf and have deducted from her refund. A credit of $87.18 has been refunded back to her original means of payment. The in store credit previously issued has been voided and is no longer valid.

Well! first of all, we are not the post office, and secondly we shipped her order out the next day,  So Canceling it was impossible.I just left a message with Ms. [redacted] at 1-[redacted] and advised her that we will e mail her a pick up label. Once we get all our merchandise back, we will refund...

her in full including her original shipping charge. She can hardly expect us to refund her when we do not have our merchandise back. The tracking number for the pick up label we e-mailed her is as follows:  [redacted] E-MAILED TO : [redacted] on 3/28/2018 again once our merchandise is returned and inspected we will refund in full, including shipping.

harness's a week and have never had this complaint before.
I had asked the customer to send the items back to my attention so I could look at them in case the items were defective in someway. There was no defect and the item's were as advertised.
As a courtesy I will refund the original shipping cost of $7.09 that we charged to ship the items out, but we cannot reimburse return shipping as there are no monies to credit against and the product was NOT falsely represented in anyway. I have issued a credit of $7.09 back to the original credit card. The return shipping we can only refund as a good faith gesture in the means of a gift certificate for $6.65 even though 2 items were returned and we are only talking about one of the 2 items. Te gift certificate has been sent to the customers e mail address as follows: [redacted] Code: [redacted]

I don't mean to be rude but I would have been able to  provide you the right information had your company answered the 11 "costumer service" calls I made and ended up getting voicemail. It's interesting to see when costumer want to purchase an item your company answers the phone quick yet the "return" line rings and rings. For someone who claims to want the right information to do their "job" maybe you should look into the nonexistance "live chat" option u constantly refer costuners to ! Maybe if you actually had the option available you would have gotten the right information. 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
