I recently purchased a Dodge DurangoMy experience was very pleasant*** was readily available to show me their inventory that met my needsThey got me a great value on my tradeI was in the market for months and all the other dealerships were too pushy*** was easy going and my my transaction a smooth one

I felt very wronged by this dealership due to information I received after we purchased my vehicle from themAfter agreeing on terms of the loan there were different individuals I was forced to speak with who attempted to up sell additional products or services to me which I made clear I did not want any additional coverage or products especially with it was going to add onto the term of the loan or the amount financed with their pressure sales tacticsAfter getting past that and closing on the loan I was comfortable and happy with my vehicle until two weeks later when I got a letter in the mailI received a letter from a large national auto finance company congratulating me on my loan with them, being that I verified on more than one occasion with the finance manager my loan would be through a local bank who I requested I became very confusedI sent an email to the dealership through their website inquiring as to why this would have happened and to have some one please contact me as I felt this is a deceptive business practiceAfter a week of no response by phone or email I sent another email again not receiving a responseUltimately I submitted a complaint with the *** as I felt this was the only way to get them to respond
