My car was in an accident and was told that the repairs should take 2-weeks at the maxIt is now into week and the car has yet to be finished and still has a week left, supposedlyThe service here has been TERRIBLENo calls on progress, excuses after excuses about why there are delaysNo one there has accepted responsibility for the fact that the car sat untouched for at least business days and the part order was not completed for business days after the car arrived thereThe experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences everNo one as suggested ANYTHING that they could do to make up for this or ask what would help make this experience better for usit has been very unprofessionalI believe we have been lied to on multiple occasionsEvery time I do get an update (because I call to ask) I am more and more dumbfounded by what I hearUNBELIEVABLEI would never recommend that someone have a car fixed at Baxter Auto Body

I found a vehicle online at baxter website that I was interested inthe price online $***I made the drive therewhen it all came down to it they would not honor their own online pricethe price went from *** to ***I asked to speak with a Manger twice through this process and got denied both timesI will not recommend this dealership to anyonehorrible experience and a complete waste of my time

My car was in an accident and was told that the repairs should take 2-3 weeks at the max. It is now into week 6 and the car has yet to be finished and still has a week left, supposedly. The service here has been TERRIBLE. No calls on progress, excuses after excuses about why there are delays. No one there has accepted responsibility for the fact that the car sat untouched for at least 7 business days and the part order was not completed for 13 business days after the car arrived there. The experience has been one of the worst customer service experiences ever. No one as suggested ANYTHING that they could do to make up for this or ask what would help make this experience better for us. it has been very unprofessional. I believe we have been lied to on multiple occasions. Every time I do get an update (because I call to ask) I am more and more dumbfounded by what I hear. UNBELIEVABLE. I would never recommend that someone have a car fixed at Baxter Auto Body.
