I must say I am extremely disappointed this continues to be an unresolved issue. I have repeatedly asked our office to address this, and while they have tried to do so, here we are nonetheless. I empathize with your frustrations on many levels, but to assume we are being deliberately
dishonest is extremely unfair. We did issue you a check on an account we later closed. The check sat uncashed for close to days, we are in the middle of moving banks and constructing our new company headquarters, so we apologize for that inconvenience. For three weeks my office manager has had a cashier's check on his desk, both him and my electrical manager have called numerous times to visit with you. You have yet to return any of these phone callsI have personally went and got a cashier's check for the full $and have mailed it certified mail with a signature required. If you aren't there to sign for it, then it will go to your post office. I am attaching a photo of the check, certified mail and return receipt. You will have this delivered tomorrow, I expect this to be the last we hear from you on the matter. This full refund is due to the fact this has dragged on so long
