I contacted them for a window quote they came out on time and was very Russian professional and knowledgeable on all kind and type of windows that would look good in my houseThey where also less expensive then the other companys I callOur windows are in and I'm glad I went with this company

We recently had windows installed by Baxter WindowsFrom start to finish, the experience was friendly, efficient and reasonably pricedMr [redacted] , the owner, explained in detail what was offered and answered all our concerns On the day of the job, he was here and supervised all workWe had windows and custom windows done and the job was finished in about hours All old materials and job items were cleaned and cleared as the job was occurring, leaving no messes for us to deal with laterThe energy efficient windows are already making our home more comfortable! We would work with this company again with no reservations

last yearI contacted Baxter Windows to replace all the windows at my
house I was in Orlando for a short time when they came out for the estimate and had to return to Brazil I gave Baxter Windows the key because I wouldn't be able to be there when they were going to install the new windows which made me a little nervousThey returned the key to the property management company after they finished
The job was done in days, and everything was great! I
strongly recommend them

I had my front door replaced by another competitor who did an excellent jobI wanted patio doors installed at a later date, and decided to go with Baxter for the installation less than a year ago, because they had immediate access to the product type I was looking forFrom the day of Baxter's installation of the patio doors, the work was terribleThe alignment of the doors were offI had to lift up on one of the doors just to close them, you could see the outside from the inside of the house when both doors were closed, and rain water entered my home, so I had to place towels in the front of the doors to prevent them from ruining my floorsBaxter was called out to address these issues, and the problem appeared to be fixed Well, less than a year later, water is entering through the doors again, and you can see the outside from in the inside of the house againI would never use Baxter again for anything, and in fact, just paid to have some windows installed by the company who installed my front doors

I would highly recommend Baxter Windows They replaced all the windows in my house The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful He took his time to show me more economical and attractive alternatives to what I thought I wanted The windows are beautiful and very professionally installed The installers were courteous and considerate Baxter's price was below bids placed by competitors

On the day of the job, he was here and supervised all work. We had 5 normal windows and 2 custom windows done and the job was finished in about 6 hours.
All old materials and job items were cleaned and cleared as the job was occurring, leaving no messes for us to deal with later. The energy efficient windows are already making our home more comfortable!
