Baxter's 942 Bar and Grill

We had folks from out of state and all over Kentucky camped out in a line in front of Baxters before 6am Thursday
By early afternoon, we had close to people waiting
Due to how long folks had been waiting and the fact that we already had more
people in line than could buy tickets (each person could grab tickets, and there were only for sale) we made a decision to transform the line from literal to “collapsed” at 3pm
What this means is that we gave everyone a number to denote their spot in line (what you referred to as a “voucher”) and let them disassemble and be more comfortable
Nothing changed in our execution other than how the line was formed
All of the rules mentioned on the website and on air were in place.
The first people in line were able to purchase tickets on a "first come/first serve basis"
Tickets were sold at 7pm as advertised and as promised
The good news is that we have a ton of money to turn over to a sick little girl and her family!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
