Bay Appraisal

I did not hang up on this person. I informed here that it I cannot legally speak to her about the appraisal. Although she may have paid for the appraisal, she was not my client. Legally I can only speak to the lender, who is my client about the appraisal. I can speak to hear with questions on the property but that is about it. I had been waiting on paperwork from the lender on the lot line adjustment that was in the process of being recorded so was delayed in getting the appraisal out by a couple of days. I understand that buying a house is stressful but there is a process that must be followed. After the last crash in the market, there were many communication restrictions put on appraisers as to who we can talk to and what we can say.
