The Vehicle that the customer bought had just come in and was not ready for sale but she insisted that we sell her the car and she would bring it back to have it cleaned. because she lived so far away she could never bring it back. du ring the...
course of this back and forth we discovered that we had not smogged the vehicle. we aranged to have the vehicle smogged and gave her a loaner car while we completed the smog. when the vehicle was ready customer decided she didnt want the car anymore. we had already paid her trade in off and she then left the vehicle on the street in another city and defaulted on the loan. This customer still owes 10,977.45 on the loan that she defaulted on. I wrote this vehicle off and went and recovered the vehicle.
Customer may have some understanding issues....
