all was well and she was happy with *** and the servicing of the machine as well as spent some time refreshing her on how to use the productSo our assumption was that she is satisfied I'm confused of the complaint I do believe it is not with our company but yet that of the customer service of the headquarters of which her complaint stems

On Saturday Representatives were invited into [redacted] and [redacted] home with the understanding that we would be cleaning a room for them at no charge with a preview of the Avalir system; during which time they had shown...

interest in purchasing the system. At NO time did they ask the representative to leave. An agreement was made to purchase the system a contract was filled out and signed by [redacted], Sunday 2 emails and several phone calls were made to cancel the agreement. Unfortunately All Star Marketing is closed on Sundays. Monday morning we spoke with Mr. [redacted] regarding the cancellation then Ms [redacted] called back very agitated, I explained seeing how she is not on the contract we were making an exception by speaking with her for she was very rude and demeaning. According to Ms [redacted] the reviews as to which she had read swayed her decision making in the return of the product, 25 years of business with accredited A rating with the Revdex.com there is bound to be a couple of disgruntled individuals. The equipment was picked up and their vacuums of which they had traded in was returned as well as the contract was dissolved. I'm not quite clear as to why a complaint had been entered as to they were all too accommodating with the young lady representative who was an invited guest by them in their home. When the manager and the representative were leaving they had hugged her and thanked her for being able to help them. People do change their mind and have buyers remorse however it should not be held against the company when the company meets all their needs during the initial agreement and there after. I wish there was a way to get people to blog more of the happy and satisfied encounters. We do apologize for any inconvenience to any and all parties entertained in this matter.

I was able to get back my two vacuums back after calling them relentlessly, they made sure I would have hard time with the return. I was told by their manager when he left my home "they will see me soon again..." In all honesty, I had to threaten to sue them to get out of their contract and get back my vacuums.
