[redacted] was very rude to me when I visited the E.R. and had me in tears by the time I left. He talked to me in a downgrading way. He said that I shouldn't make unneeded visits to the emergency room and that he wasn't sure if I had government paid healthcare or not. He continued to lecture me and talk to me like a child. I am full time employed and pay for my health insurance. I do not make unwarranted visits to the ER nor am I a "pill popper" looking for drugs. I would much rather be at home at 3 a.m. on a weekend sleeping than sitting in the ER. I went there with an abscess tooth infection and in extreme pain. All I needed was antibiotics...Not a lecture! Very unprofessional!
