We kindly disagree with the consumers complaint. We quoted an $service fee and $Per Half Hour as our labor rate. Our residential labor rate has not changed for 3+ years. With that being said, we also did work for this same consumer back in September of
2014. Our service fee and labor rate were exactly the same in September of as it is today. $per hour has never been our rate. We performed the work we were hired to perform at the labor rate we quoted
