truck. I explained to her that we had nothing here matching that item she was missing and that I would have to speak with the packing crew to see if they remember seeing the item, but that it had been a long time and they may not remember seeing it. She insisted that it was not misplaced, that is was stolen. I explained to her that we do not have that problem with our people but I would talk to them about it. I have spoken to the gentlemen that packed her, no one remembered the IPAD specifically, and all stated that no one stole anything. No one ever hung up on [redacted]. I spoke to her until the conversation was over, there must have been some kind of miscommunication  if she thought I hung up on her. No one here would do that. I would love to make her happy, but replacing an item that we didn't loose, steal, or misplace doesn't seem fair to me. I assure you that I never hung up on her. She told me she wasn't looking for any compensation, she just wanted to tell me about the problem. I told her I would speak to the crew, and if I had any information different from what I was telling her, that I would call her back. I assumed the conversation was over when I ended the call, I said good bye. I am very sorry for any confusion.We do 150 - 200  moves per month in this area. We do not have this problem with our crews.We do not have her IPAD, nor do we know what happened to it 1 year ago. Karl [redacted]Owner
