Johnny and his crew did an incredible job on our Home after Hurricane Harvey Our entire first floor had to be re-done (flooring, walls, cabinets) Johnny was very easy to work with on the scope of work They were able to complete the job in weeks with pretty much guy doing the work We've already asked for bids on other work and we'll definitely be recommending them to anyone!

hear from [redacted] and had no opportunity to discuss this with said homeowner prior to this complaint and had not been paid either prior to this complaint.  We feel that we did the scope of work we were contracted to do.  We dont see this as a legitimate complaint whatsoever!  The  the poor condition of the stucco (FLAKING, CRACKING, SEPERATING, BLISTERING), was an existing issue before we even started the job and became very apparent during the process!   We did our job properly and with the right tools/accesories.  We have done many power washing jobs previously with no complaints from homeowners to us or to anyone else including the Revdex.com.  [redacted], did not contact me at all (not once, since we started the project - he did speak with workers while they were there), until I sent him a invoice as an oversight on my part (forgot to bill him - approx 2 weeks later).  We did a lot of extras for him - including power washing areas two to three times (some in his presence).  this job dragged out much longer than it should have taken just for that reason alone.  we also did some rust killing - which wasnt in our original scope.  After 2 days, the workers said he mentioned a few more areas he wanted done/redone (some of which wouldnt clean up anymore - some stains wont clean up regardless of the amount of pressure).  We finished (or so we thought on the third day) and never heard from him again until he contacted u after I sent him an invoice.  I dont know how I am supposed to know about details involving this project without a phone call, email, text or any other form of  communication.  I saw the job several times during the process and spoke with my employees everyday until the project was completed!  [redacted] in the complaint mentioned that I refused to fix or repair his home, which I never did.  I may have debated over aspects of the job and what we are responsible for, but I never said we wouldnt fix or do some more extras for him.  The fact of the matter is that the home has serious "stucco issues" and many sections are seperating from the concrete/wall base structure (FLAKING AND CRACKING IN MANY SECTIONS AREAS);  this type of work was not in our scope.  typically  when we do a job for someone - we do all the power washing and if there home has issues; we usually do a change order pricing to repair and paint.   We Do Not Power Wash to Damage the Home - We Power Wash to remove Contaminants!  many time homes are in horrid/terrible condition and they need some attention to detail, prep and paint.  In this situation, even though we feel we were not responsible for the poor condition of the stucco - we did paint many section areas for him at no additional cost.  We would have addressed these issues with [redacted] and without ur involvement with some form of communication with [redacted]. All we needed was a phone call.   We cant fix something if we dont know its broken so to speak; especially if its not our fault or responsibility.  We also dont feel its fair for someone to use u as leverage to put us in some form of bondage or oppression to do something we feel we r not responsible for!  All this being said, we took care of [redacted] and he mentioned he was going to remove the complaint and give us a Good Review!  We contacted or attempted to contact [redacted] this morning and he texted back that he was busy.  I expected to hear something positive from the Revdex.com or [redacted]; not a threat from u to remove my Accreditation.   I dont want to stir things up so to speak - because we have already moved forward with addressing and taking care of this situation.  I spoke with [redacted] weeks ago and he had the most confidence that we would take care of this situation (do some more extras) and we did.  He spoke with my worker Mark and told Mark he was going to give us a Positive Review with the Revdex.com!  I had anticipated seeing a positive review and feedback from the Revdex.com.  We did our part and much, much, much mo[redacted]
