To whom it may concern - Attached is a summary of the dogs visit to my hospital provided by the attending veterinarian that provided services to *** *** *** and his pet "*** ***". I have also attached a copy of the dogs invoice that is itemized and shows all charges were
based off services provided The medical condition of the pet dictated that surgery be postponed until *** and there were no additional charges because of this situation. All recommendations and medical decisions that were made were in the best interest of the pet and client I regret that *** *** had to take a day off work that following ***. As I am sure you understand, we cannot accommodate every clients personal schedule and have set business hours and do not provide referral surgical services over the weekend. Medical and surgical emergencies do not always occur at a time that is convenient If there is anything additional I can provide to assure you that we provided nothing but the best care for *** ***'s pet please contact me. As per the request for the $by *** ***, I will not issue any refund for the services provided.
