my complaint is regarding customer service and the lack of professionalism displayed my the managementI will be uploading further documentation supporting the lack of concern and support of the customer and the horses that are with in the direct care of the barn management This has yet to be addressed and this matter will likely be escalated to a higher level due to lack of concern and communication to the customer

Thank you for getting back to meAll paperwork is kept on file, even for boarders who have came and goneRecord is kept with myself and barn owner of horses that occupy stallsAll liability forms are kept in files and boarding contracts are kept with horses filesAll boarders are offered a copy of their boarding contracts for their own filesIf I was given names of horse(s) Mr*** claimed to board with us I can attach the boarding contract if his name is on itHowever, if signature is not on the boarding contract he is not a direct customer who can even be on barn property without a boarder who's signature is on a boarding contract. As manager of Bay Berry Barn I have absolutely no record of a *** *** on file with my businessWe do have a boarder that has been given day notice who's daughter resides at the same address as Mr*** thoughThe boarder who has been given day notice moved their first horse to the
barn on April 27, 2015, she then moved her second horse in on March 22, Due to numerous complaints and concerns from multiple boarders and staff we had to ask said boarder to leaveThe day notice was given on July 21,I apologize for any inconvenience

I have managed this barn for almost a year now and have never had a boarder by the name of *** ***Rules have been either changed or posted in more detail due to certain boarders not following them and putting others in dangerThe only threat ever given was that any boarder who neglects to
follow the rules will be given a day eviction noticeAll monthly emails, newsletters or information that is posted on bulletin board are sent to all boarders at the same time, and the barn manager has copies of them allNo boarder really has the same board price unless they have the same board package, we offer many different options when it comes to board to help meet boarders/horses needs

Good Afternoon [redacted], Thank you for your email. I would like to let you know that I am in fact a former customer of Bay Berry Farm. I do believe it to be convenient that they now all of sudden have no record of me as a customer once a complaint has been filed. This is not a 3rd party complaint, I was a customer who was driven away due to very poor customer support and I wanted other potential customers to be aware of this lack of customer support so they do not make the same mistake I have in giving this business my patronage.
