The complete overhaul of our system was needed, despite the awe-inspiring expense, and conditions have improved significantly throughout the house.
Although the installer (Dave?) went through our options for settings, we have had to resort to the manual (and trial & error) to solve some of the complications of the new process.

I had the best experience with Kevin who came to do the semi-annual maintenance of our two heat pumps. He was prompt, personable and very professional. He cleaned the filters for me, something that has not been done regularly and after an extensive check of the systems gave me a good explanation on how the systems were working. Unfortunately, one of the heat pumps. which was about 20 years old, needed to be replaced. Kevin arranged to have a Bay Breeze representative come over to discuss our options. We arranged to have a new heat pump installed, and that was done yesterday, again with the same prompt and professional care that we have experienced with all Bay Breeze technicians.

Will provided sufficient information for me to make an appropriate decision about the heating and cooling system that would meet my needs. He was very professional and his presentation very thorough. T. and I had several phone conversations, attempting to correct a previous unpleasant experience and to set up appointments. She was very patient and understanding and helped to provide a successful experience. The whole team was positive and great to work with.
