I had a very poor experience with this businessThere were some issues from my part in the scheduling of cutting and installing lettering on my boat(days) The owner waiting until after there was no time to find an alternative to install the letters due to that the haul out was the following dayI offer to have the letters picked up by someone else and also installed and all I got was an email saying that I would use some elseShe had offered to do it after hours but that was not a optionit was doing a quick haul out and the boat yard charges per hour to keep the boat on the slings
