Review: Company is making unauthorized charges to my account. The charge was dated 11/11/13, I was at sea at this time and did not purchase a car wash as I was unable to do such and no one else has access to the card in question. I have used to car wash once before months ago but at no other time.Desired Settlement: Stop making false charges
