Review: Bay Decorators reupholstered and refininshed our couch, including making new cushions. Within three months, the cushions flattened out to the extent that they hang over the edge of the couch approximately 7". I called and I emailed, attaching photos, to show them the problem. On one phone call an assistant told me I should have known that the cushions were made of a material that flattens. I said, why would this material have been recommended; why wasn't I told this and given choices? The [redacted], who made the house call to make the order, did not himself call me to respond. I wrote again, and again, attaching the photos, over the period of a month, with no response.Desired Settlement: The store should make a house call to see the problem, pick up the cushions, and remake them with appropriate material that does not flatten and obscure the bottom frame of the couch.
