Review: On 12-10-2013 I saw Dr [redacted] for a root canal...She started drilling and after a few minutes said that there is a problem with the tooth and that she could not perform the root canal. The tooth was hurting me a said the tooth should be pulled. I was charged $122 for her services and they were filling a claim to my insurance company. Apparently the insurance company refuses to pay for a job that was not completed. Bay dental wants me to pay an additional $390.50... I reuse to pay... I already paid $122 for a job that wasn't completed. If the insurance company won't pay, why should I. I had pay to have the tooth pulled, and will have to pay to have it replaced. This one tooth has cost me enough.Desired Settlement: I would like the charges to be dropped.
