After weeks of trying to do a conference call with my credit card company and the salon owner, Lois, we finally reached the account manager She was very rude and inappropriate It ended with her agreeing to refund half the money I gave her my credit card number It's been a month and still no refund I can rightfully assume that the company's integrity and customer satisfaction is tainted in every aspect if this business

I put in a dispute with my credit card company.  After numerous attempts, we were finally able to conduct a...

conference call.  The manager was rude and dishonest yet agreed to refund half of my money $150.09.  It's been two weeks and the company has not refunded the amount agreed upon.  She was on a recorded line but I guess I would need to take them to small claims court which isn't feasible.  The salon is awful.
